Viria Security Ltd has acquired the business operations of Proteco-Turvatekniikka Oy that mainly consist of the provision and maintenance of security technology systems.
The acquisition strengthens Viria Security’s operations in Central Finland and helps in addressing the increased demand for the design and delivery of advanced security systems caused by economic growth in the Jyväskylä region.
Founded in 2003, Proteco-Turvatekniikka Oy is a Jyväskylä-based company specialised in security solutions for companies and consumers. Examples of Proteco’s clients include the City of Jyväskylä, Jyväs-Parkki and Sappi Finland Oy. The company’s current employees will transfer to Viria Security as senior employees.
Viria Security Ltd is one of Finland’s largest suppliers of corporate security services. Viria provides comprehensive security including both physical and digital security services, ranging from locking and access control systems to cyber security.
